Senior Cabin Crew Member Service Training

FIVE-STAR TRAINING FOR COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF EXPERIENCED FLIGHT ATTENDANTS

Executive Development

CONFIDENCE IN CABIN CREW LEADERSHIP

In order for flight attendants to take on a leadership role in the cabin, they have to strengthen not only their technical expertise, but also their soft skills. Our Senior Cabin Crew Member Service Training combines both of these aspects of executive development for your cabin personnel.

Veteran cabin crew members learn the theory as well as the practical application of taking on a future leadership role in various situations on board. To this end, our trainers – long-standing senior crew members in the Lufthansa Group – delve into communication aspects as well as various tools for leading a team. So participants can confidently implement course content, the training phases are coupled with flight phases, instructional flights, and a checkout flight. The training course generally also includes license-relevant training in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012 for flight attendants in leadership positions.

Objective

The participants are prepared to take on the role of a flight attendant in a leadership position.

Procedure

The participants begin by reflecting on the role and tasks of a senior cabin crew member using their previous professional experience as an example. After briefing content, executing an entire flight, and reviewing the theoretical requirements of assorted customer groups, they practice team leadership via real-world exercises.

The Senior Cabin Crew Member Service Training is geared toward flight attendants with qualifications to take on leadership tasks.
